Another new dress

I got his dress a while ago at Savers in Footscray for $6, but haven't had the nerve to wear it before today. Its actually a really long dress that has these ties on the inside that I use to tie up the sides so it is short and bubble like. It works really well, I'm not sure what the ties are really for though? The only problem is the ties restrict my arm movement a little bit, so I can't put my hand up in the air, but for fashion I'll put if with almost anything.
