Whilst in Melbourne last week I visited the studio of Drawn & Quartered designer Jake in the fabulous Nicholas Building. He has just finished his latest collection, Novella II: Amethystos, a dark moody collection of oversized crystal pendants and lust worthy rings, one of which is designed to sit above your finger's middle joint.

Seriously? Above your middle joint? If that becomes a thing this man gets a medal - because I just have man hands about could pull off any ring if I could get away with wearing it above my middle joint.
